Kenya Nakashima is president of FUJIFILM Americas, Fujifilm’s regional headquarters in the U.S., Canada, and South America. Kenya plays a key role in leading Fujifilm’s business and strategic growth across the Americas, helping advance the company’s continued transformation and innovation across healthcare and life sciences, electronics, and imaging.

Kenya has enjoyed a long career with Fujifilm — over 35 years — and has been a member of Fujifilm legal team since joining the company in 1989, including serving as General Manager of the Legal Division of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp., previously Fuji Xerox. He was deeply involved in many M&A projects as well as trade disputes during his legal career. He received his Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Virginia in 1997.

Takashi Watanabe is Chief Financial Officer of FUJIFILM Americas, Fujifilm’s regional headquarters in the U.S., Canada, and South America. As CFO, he works closely with internal business units and external partners to advance Fujifilm’s objectives across key industries in the Americas. His role includes supporting collaboration opportunities between Fujifilm, government partners, and regional economic development stakeholders.

Prior to FUJIFILM Americas, Takashi served over five years at FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation in Tokyo, where he was General Manager of the Corporate Planning department. There, he was responsible for significant cash conversion cycle (CCC) improvements through inventory management. Prior appointments have included posts at FUJFILM Middle East in UAE, FUJIFILM Europe in Germany, and FUJIFILM Imaging Colorants in the United Kingdom.

Takashi has built a nearly 30-year career at Fujifilm, beginning at the Ashigara (now Kanagawa) factory of Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd (as it was then known).

Sean McCaffrey is Vice President of Operations at FUJIFILM Americas. His expertise spans supply chain, distribution, logistics, procurement, and facilities management, supporting Fujifilm’s business units and subsidiaries across the Americas through the company’s shared services model. Sean came to Fujifilm in 2022 after spending more than 20 years at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 20 multinational health care services company, where he held leadership roles in supply chain, compliance, transportation, operations, and pharmaceutical and medical distribution. Earlier in his career, Sean worked in environmental, health and safety (EHS) management positions within industrial and manufacturing companies.

Scott Cole is Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at FUJIFILM Americas. In his role, Scott leads investor relations efforts, helping communicate Fujifilm's business strategy, performance, and long-term value to the investment community. He brings more than two decades of finance and accounting leadership experience, including seven years at Bayer Corporation, where he most recently served as Vice President and Head of Accounting Business Partnering for North America. Prior to Bayer, Scott held director-level finance roles at Pennsylvania Power & Light (PPL). He earned an MBA in International Finance from Dowling College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Rich Dolce is Vice President of Information Technology and Americas Information Systems Officer for FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, where he leads enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and digital transformation initiatives supporting Fujifilm's businesses across the Americas. With more than three decades of experience in information technology leadership, Rich joined Fujifilm in 2014 and serves as a member of Fujifilm's Global IT Governance Committee, helping align technology strategy across the worldwide company. Prior to Fujifilm, he held senior technology leadership positions with major global organizations, including McGraw-Hill Education, Reed Elsevier, and Thomson Reuters. Dolce is an adjunct professor of computer science at his alma mater, Fordham University, where he teaches IT strategy and management. He holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, both from Fordham.

Anthony Farina is Chief Communications & Brand Officer of FUJIFILM Americas, where he leads brand, reputation, digital, employee, and external communications, thought leadership, and issues and crisis management across the region. Anthony is a globally recognized strategic communications and corporate affairs leader with more than 30 years of experience building high-performing teams and leading transformational initiatives across healthcare, biotechnology, agriculture, consumer goods, government, and publicly traded global companies. Prior to Fujifilm, Anthony held senior leadership roles at global organizations including CSL and DuPont. Anthony has been recognized among the world’s top in-house communications leaders by PR Week, earned multiple industry awards including PRSA Silver Anvils, and is an active leader in organizations such as the Arthur W. Page Society and the Association of National Advertisers.

Crystal Fry-Vanuch is Head of Government Affairs for FUJIFILM Americas, where she leads public policy and strategic external engagement across the company’s diverse portfolio of businesses. With more than two decades of experience in government affairs and the biopharmaceutical industry, she advises senior leaders on legislative, regulatory, trade, and geopolitical issues and develops advocacy strategies that advance innovation, domestic manufacturing, supply-chain resilience, and healthcare access. Crystal also serves on the Board of Directors of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) and represents Fujifilm in numerous industry coalitions.

Jason McKenna is Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Travel at FUJIFILM Americas, where he leads initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, talent development, learning, inclusion, and organizational culture. A former U.S. Army major and AH-64 Apache helicopter pilot, Jason served in leadership roles in the U.S., Kosovo, and South Korea before transitioning to the private sector. He holds a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations and previously held HR leadership positions at Highmark and Philips HealthTech before joining Fujifilm in 2020. Recognized with Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Veteran’s Leadership Award, Jason is committed to empowering employees and building trust across Fujifilm’s subsidiary businesses throughout the Americas.

Michael Hartman is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at FUJIFILM Americas, where he provides legal leadership across Fujifilm’s businesses in the U.S., Canada, and South America. Michael brings more than 20 years of experience leading legal and compliance functions for global healthcare and technology companies. Prior to joining Fujifilm, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Americas for Elekta, a global leader in radiation therapy and oncology software, and previously held legal leadership roles at Siemens and Employease, where he served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Hartman earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and his Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.

Patricia Colombo is Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for FUJIFILM Americas. In her role, she oversees compliance for FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation and its 20+ subsidiaries across the U.S., Canada, Colombia, and Brazil, spanning a wide range of industries including life sciences, semiconductor materials, cameras, inkjet solutions, and medical devices, among other core industries. As an accomplished attorney and compliance expert, she is frequent speaker at international compliance conferences and industry forums, sharing best practices on investigations, culture of integrity, and regulatory expectations. Her leadership and impact have been widely recognized — including the 2023 “Women Worth Watching” Leadership Award by Profiles in Diversity Journal and being named one of the Top 10 Most Influential People in Compliance 2024 by CIO Views Magazine. She holds a Juris Doctor and MBA, and is currently pursuing an LL.M at Fordham University Law School.
